LOVED my salesperson ‘Cody’ in the outlet. Cody was on top of everything and didn’t get frustrated at all— even when I changed my mind too much (lol). Cody was with us for the whole 2+ hours I was there.

Never again purchasing furniture from this company. The prices are low for a reason. Upon delivery one of the chairs from the dining table set I purchased arrived broken, and subsequently had to wait for another to arrive (still waiting as of writing this). Two days later, the storage bench from the set completely fell apart, and now unless I want to wait another 3 weeks to have guests be able to sit at our table, I have to take time off work to wait for yet another delivery. So, if you enjoy wasting your time and spending money on new furniture that arrives broken and then spend an entire month waiting for a full/unbroken set to arrive, shop at Bob’s!

So I'm happy with the product. The only thing I didn't like is Acceptance Now representative must have been new? Didn't explain things very well thank God I have made purchases this way a few times before so I knew the process. She actually billed me out for the upcoming week right after signing when they usually wait the following month. That really doesn't matter to me but. In the past that had been standard practice. My representative just needs more training but she needs to be clear and precise on the little details which she was not. This is a contract you can't just glaze over it.

Haven't always had good luck at Bob's (specifically with their Good Proof program), but this last experience was very good. Dealt with Gabe, who was terrific and helped my wife find exactly what she was seeking.

Buyer beware! Quality is terrible. 6 months of use. Bob's goof proof is a waste of money. They refuse to fix or replace. This is my second round. We purchased faux leather before that flaked. Bob's refused to replace and repair was large globs adhesive. It is cheap furniture. Quality has drastically declined. Burnt 2 times. No more Bob's. Oh my Bob's!!!!!

Cannot say enough great things about Vicki at the customer service desk. Went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of after a very frustrating few months of dealing with the warranty company. The manager Melissa also took care of a special request I had made, and made my shopping experience very easy. Brandon was also very kind and informative on the sales floor answering all my questions and showing me options I had missed when exploring myself. I've furnished my entire house top to bottom from this location and will continue to shop here whenever I need anything, specifically as a thanks to all the great employees here.

Dan was very tentative, knowledgeable and friendly. The living room set we loved is currently in stock and ready for shipping as opposed to waiting 6-8 weeks like other furniture stores. The store was clean. The outlet area was very dusty and not organized. Not sure I would buy anything in the condition I saw the furniture in. My customer service rating would’ve been 5 stars. I deducted a star because of the outlet area.

I went to the Salem, NH location today.I was greeted by a great salesperson, his name was Jeffrey Lyford and I bought all my furniture from him for my new home.Incredible customer service and I'm very picky but Jeff had a lot of patience and showed me every option and also we walked thru the entire store.I got all my steps in today in a good way.The Manager came over and checked my order. She is like Jeff very energized and both of them seem to love their careers. Thank you for a great experience!!
