Tried to make a purchase online of an item for $229 but it wouldn’t go through. Headed into the store and it’s $329.
The person at member services couldn’t even let me finish my sentence before cutting me off and telling me “we don’t sell the display model”. I explained that wasn’t even remotely what I was asking and I was asking if there’s a way to honor the price from yesterday and she rudely said “The sale ended”.
Great way to lose customers: have rude customer service. I was about to pony up the extra $100 but now I’ve decided to just buy it elsewhere and cancel my membership.

Had an appointment made for the tire center install after a rescheduled one. Showed up today and it was completely closed for the week. The GM came out and explained that they would reopen on Friday due to short staffing/death in the family. Stated that they contacted everyone who had an appointment, but we didn’t receive any communication from them.
Our car is getting unsafe to drive and caused us numerous logistical challenges with summer plans and work. I understand that things happen, but we were not contacted about this or given an option to reschedule beforehand. Also not good that one employee being out causes the center to close. Bad customer experience overall and needed to contact another location to do the work.

The guy in customer service is really unpleasant with a very bad attitude, as client all I se is someone who doesn't help people making people feel dissatisfied and in terms of mony making BJS lose a lot of it.

I bought $700 for a full set of tires. I scheduled them in advance. I showed up at my scheduled time and they tell me that I had been rescheduled to an hour and a half earlier! Nobody contacted me. I didn't know anything about a schedule change until I showed up for my appointment. They then told me they couldn't do it now. I had to stand my ground and demand that it gets done, before the mechanic stated, "Fine! It's my last day anyway." Then took my keys. I asked for a manager and she wouldn't come see me.

Opened a membership online and was directed to the front desk, the employee asked me if i needed a card for my wife, i clearly asked if it was free he said yes. My credit card showed a $20 additional transaction. In what world is that acceptable???!!! Same day, i purchased a mattress and box, i asked if i could return the box and was told yes, got home and took the box off the plastic. After installation, i realized it wasn't what i wanted, luckily i called because the box is also a final sale once taken out of the plastic. That store absolutely blows, stay away!
