Today I took the hydrogen tank for balloons and went back to BJ♻️ to handle it, but the inspector at the gate made things difficult for me. Sometimes they say they have never been recycled, and sometimes they say they were there before but not anymore. He also used the intercom to call a female manager. I asked her when she didn't handle it. She said she had never had one before♻️. I told them that the store clerk who had asked them about BJ before purchasing said it was for recycling. She asked very harshly, can you provide his name? OMG! When the male store manager came, the first thing he said was, don't yell at his store clerk, and asked me how I wanted to deal with it. I said this hydrogen tank is dangerous to a certain extent. You are responsible for any problems caused by throwing it in the trash can. He just said I would take care of it. Such a simple thing makes everyone unhappy. What a waste management team.

Asked for help through 4 different representatives none of which could speak English or speak very well. No one had a clue to help us find the items we were looking for on sale. Found their coupon app not very user friendly. Very disappointing when visiting this retailer establishment unable to get satisfaction from staff. We can only hope it will soon get better requiring many changes to do so.

Tired of saving electronic coupons that don't get applied on checkout. They were also running a special a few weeks ago, if you renew your membership, add a Master Card to your account and then use it for an online order, they would give you $110 in rewards. They never did and are now trying to say I didn't save the Master Card to my account. Yet, when I login to my account in clearly shows it as a saved card. False advertise much?! They have also stopped carrying almost everything we have been buying there every week for years. Time to go back to Costco or Sam's if there is one close enough. Also ordered my birthday cake there, that I clearly could have decorated better! It was very plan and took no effort at all. It was another very big disappointment!

Disgusted with how my daughters massive first birthday cake came out. Looked like a 5-year-old wrote it and they only gave me 50% off and didn’t offer to replace it. Do NOT go for a cake you want customized. Chalked it up to inexperienced baking staff. Just bad all around

This is the filthiest I ever been, nothing beats Costco at this point.If you want products that our out dated and quality between 1-5 out of 10. This is the place for you, also restrooms are nasty, shit all over the seats and floor too! I feel like coming here to get sick or eat virus.Until they clean and fix their sanitary issues then i will come back. Good bye

Never ever ever order delivery from them. I placed my first (and last) order with them yesterday. When the delivery arrived Over $50 worth of items were missing but I was charged for them. They told me it wasn't their problem and I should call DoorDash who they use for deliveries. DoorDash was completely useless because they couldn't find the order anywhere in their system, I'm not their customer so they don't have my info. They searched every which way but insisted they never delivered to me, which of course they did. They said call BJ,s back. I did, and guess what? Yup, they can't explain why Doordash doesn't have the info. They say they sent it to them. So bottom line, I was charged for items I never received, Bjs blames doordash, doordash blames BJs, and I'm out $50. Real nice.

40 pack is selling for 5.49. In Danvers, it's priced at 3.99. In Salem, gave me a hard time using chip bags to carry my items.

Bought the spices in the large container oregano and parsley they were both 4.99 each. Went good shopping at Market Basket and saw the same items for 3.31. That's over 1.70 each. What aa ripe off and we pay a membership fee for lower prices. Well I'm done
