Both Stephen and David are a couple of great guys. And they do more than sell batteries. My iPhone was not charging. I brought it to them, they knew the problem, fixed the phone. And didn’t even charge me. Kind of amazed in this day and age.

The Salem NH store has proven to be a great store to shop. If the item is not in stock, they order it and call us when the item is available. They will then install the item. How great is that?

To begin with, the customer service I received was exceptional. The two gentlemen who changed and installed my battery were incredibly helpful. This company should consider itself fortunate to have such outstanding employees who truly embody its best qualities.
