Auto Sense has made my wife and I happy again. This is our 3rd purchase from this car dealership. The customer service is top tier from the moment you walk in the door. Our representative Franklin D. was a pleasure to work with. He made me feel comfortable and at home. We are very particular with the vehicles that we choose to drive. They always have plenty of options. This time we purchased a pre-owned Mercedes-Benz E350. We could not be happier. Ask for Franklin!!

**MUST READ *** MUST READThis is a WARNING to anyone who thinking about doing business with Auto SenseI was called a nigge* yes not once but several times by Auto Senses well trained sales agents named Gerard who is in the Chichester of Auto Sense.I’ve been in the sales pretty much my entire career. This is not how you treat a person let alone a potential customer.After the n word got mixed with challenging me to a fight I called the Chichester Police Department. I spoke with the Cheif of police and I communicated the severity of Gerard’s behavior. I was directed to Kelly I believe the owner but I was met with getting hung up on, she’s in a meeting etc, I was met with the same false sense of salesman loyalty in Chichester. I got no response from the owner and nor do I care.To the owner- your employees are the voice of your companyall it takes is one bad apple to destroy something that you have probably worked really hard for be mindful of that.

I have a wonderful experience even before I got there I have Megan and Tray do the appointment and help me through all the needs I was looking. my salesman was Franklin he was very cordial and help me better than other dealers that I go. Kelly, iba and ray where funny and was a wonderful visit I go out happy and with a wonderful car. Working with Trey was a great experience. When I walked in Trey was quick to greet me and we started chatting for a while. This felt like more of a personal experience compared to other locations getting right to business. Trey helped me determine my vehicle goals and helped me to understand where my limits were.
