“Our first time at Canobie Lake Honda service department and it was fantastic! Our service coordinator was awesome. The car was in and out in the blink of an eye. He communicated really well and talked through recommended service xes and what we will need to consult der for the next service so there are no surprises. Definitely was no effort on their part to upsell.

“CES, Mechanic's are great, bunch of nice guys that work there. The owner is a nice guy. It's a small garage but they get a lot of customers. That's because it's hard to find a good onhnest mechanic these days. And one who can diagnose your problem and get it fixed the right way. Although it's a small garage and looks a little messy, ( it's a automotive Mechanic's garage and it's going to look that way) but rest assured they know what they are doing. I was just there today, 5/10/23 & taking my vehicle for a test drive, we didn't even get a quarter of a mile and they new what was wrong. That's got to say something about being experienced. It's a trust worthy place and prices are better than most, especially if you had to deal with a dealership. I gave a 5 Star. ?”
“I was in Salem for a doctor appointment. On my ride in, a tire flew out at me on 495 and left my car making a weird noise. I was worried about the hour drive back home. A google search led me to this shop. I called and explained the situation.
The amazing gentlemen running the shop got my car right up on the lift, did a quick repair, and I was able to drive safely home within 15 minutes.
I only wish we lived closer because I would absolutely come back as needed. Highly recommend!”

Whenever I need a part they can get it almost right away every time. If not right away, by the next morning.
