This evening I was with my parents trying to furnish my new home. We were confronted by a female sales associate with short , blonde hair that said we looked mischievous. We left immediately. We felt very uncomfortable.

This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I wasn’t just not serviced - service was actively avoided. I had been looking online at a dining set but wanted to see it in person. I visit the Arhaus in Salem finally intending to purchase if I liked what I saw. I loved the product and even found lighting to purchase but when it came to customer service, nobody would approach me. I even stood in one area in front of associates for a solid 5 minutes. I walked around the store for 30 minutes. I could not get as much as a hi! I sampled seating. I looked at fabric swatches. I had questions about durability. I went to an associate and they walked away. I am so upset by these lack of interactions that I’m going to probably not end up purchasing. Just say hi to your customers.

We purchased a lot of furniture from Salem location. The staff are excellent. David the manager ensured that we are 100% satisfied with the order. David always go above and beyond. It was the best experience purchasing furniture from this location. Thank you David

Very nice but very expensive furnishings. We thought it was more like Pier One, but it is much more upscale than that.If you have a large budget with which to decorate, definitely give this place a look. We didn't have any interaction with the staff (I'm guessing they could tell we aren't their usual clientele), but they're probably very nice.

I have been into the Salem Arhaus location on several occasions and have always had a warm and pleasant experience there.The store set-up and furniture is gorgeous and leads to great design inspiration! I have found the employees to be helpful without being overly pushy or aggressive.Most recently the manager David assisted me with my purchases. He was extremely knowledgeable about products, honest about shipping times, and wonderful to work with. He gave me great design advice that I implemented in my space at home. I would highly recommend him for any design/layout needs.The high quality of the furniture, especially the wood, speaks for itself. So happy this store is so close to me now!

Got a new house and we were in a hunt of getting good quality furniture. We checked so many stores but our final picks were from arhaus because of their design consultant Mary Algiers in Salem. she is amazing and helped us picking dinning chairs, counter stool and so much more. I asked so many questions and discussed all my concerns and she answered all my questions so nicely. Great atmosphere! Can’t wait for our delivery. Little pricey but amazing quality.

Good luck getting your furniture.... Also enjoy the overly aggressive staff to take your money. Bad service and mediocre....Love the 'feedback' on my review by the way. Your silly attempt to seem placating is just that. Too late and not fulfilling. Have fun calling over and and over and over and over and over to get "resolutions"

In this difficult supply-chain limited market we bought a sectional, to be delivered in 3-4 months. Delivered within timeframe, quality and characteristics as expected. Defective piece, Arhaus concierge service worked diligently and efficaciously to seek and deliver replacement. The grade of this review is for the Tuscan Village Salem Store personnel, from its manager, Jordan, to my salesperson, Martin. They missed appointments at the time of purchase and did absolutely nothing to seek resolution of the matter defective piece (hole in the fabric). That much in terms of contents. In terms of form, they demonstrated a total ignorance not only of usual business practices but of gentlemanlike behavior as well. Seems the conclusion of this review is "Nice furniture, what you see is what you get, but this particular store personnel leaves much to be desired starting from its manager, down to the salesperson. Arrogance galore, accompained by lack of manners and professionalism." Good luck with your search and may you find your dream piece of furniture soon!

Terrible customer service. Received no cushions with my outdoor furniture. No one called back after several attempts on my part. Today the cushions that were suppose to come with the furniture weeks ago came in the wrong color. Waiting fir a call back and nothing ad of yet.

Excellent high-end furniture from what we saw. If you're in the market for something a little different, and you're not too concerned about price, you should definitely check them out.
