Worst customer service! Made an appointment and still have to wait for 40 minutes. And if customers comes 2 minutes late then they have to make another appointment!

I brought my phone in for a simple screen repair and the geniuses broke my phone and refused to repair it. They left me with no alternative other than buying a new phone. Stay away from these scumbags, this location has always been complete garbage. Photo shows the damage done by the incompetent team. Phone was fully functioning prior to them destroying it.

I visited this store to buy an Apple Watch. Anabel and Ray helped me to choose the product and transfer my data from my old watch. They were welcoming, knowledgable and helpful and made our experience fun and memorable. We didn’t have appointment and wait time was about 25 minutes.

Chris helped me today with my laptop having viruses. He was patient, efficient and very knowledgeable in what he was doing. This guy was awesome! Helped me with all my issues and questions!

Brought my daughter’s phone in for a new battery. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They knew that my daughter needed her phone back that day, and they made a point of having it ready for her.

Just stopped in here because my IPhone 12 (yes I am that guy) wouldn't charge. The phone was dead. Ronnie helped me out and was amazing!! Very professional and extremely patient with all my questions.Got me squared away in about thirty minutes. When it is time for me to get a new phone I am heading here and asking for Ronnie. I hope the store manager reads this review. You have a great employee at your store!!

Great mall, with lots of stores, really good food, and elevators because it's a multi-level building. Great place for the whole family. I personally love the crystal shop there on the first floor. I also love Victoria's Secret/PINK & there's an awesome piercing/ body jewelry store w/ so many cool options that you don't see anywhere else. Yankee Candle, Aeropostle, hot topic, Spencer's, Macy's, bath & body works, American Eagle, Hollister, & Coach + more are always amazing! They also have a cool cell phone repair shop with lots of cool cases, and they have tempered glass, too. It's located right near the food court on the 2nd level. I love the Dairy Queen!!? & the Dominican food is so delicious, just like as if you were there!! You have to try the cheese empanadas ?!

I love Apple. That is due, in large part, to the great experiences I've had with their customer support in the past. I hope that is still the case elsewhere. I strongly recommend going to a different location if you need your device needs service.This place will lie to you to cover their own mistakes, blame other Apple facilities, blame the mail, lie to you about reimbursements, will lie about your repair case to their own company's top tier support representatives.... all to avoid accountability for their incompetence.If any manager would like to report this review as false, please bear in mind these lies were both documented and witnessed.Phil owes me $300.

We bought an iPad for a graduation gift for our granddaughter. As older grandparents we did not have much knowledge of this product. Our sales person was outstanding and extremely patient with us. His name is Adrian Ibeh and the Apple Store at the Rockingham Mall is lucky to have him in their employment

Went to Apple Store at Mall at Rockingham Park for a new phone. Was waited on immediately by a polite and extremely knowledgeable employee called Chris. Answered all of my questions , transferred all of my data and I was ready to go in less than 1 hour! Thank you!

I had scheduled an appointment for my iPhone, informing the staff about the water damage it had incurred. Upon arriving at the store, they conducted diagnostics and quoted a replacement cost of $459 for the entire back of the phone, which they mentioned encompassed everything except the cameras. I inquired about the scenario where the repair might not be successful or if they were unable to fix it. The technician assured me that the replacement would resolve the issue, and if it didn't, they would replace the phone for the same cost. Accepting their proposal, I agreed to proceed. However, upon returning to collect my phone, I was informed that unfortunately, the device had water damage, and they would need to charge me $550 for a replacement. I found this frustrating since I had previously informed them about the water damage, which they seemed to overlook. Their dismissive attitude was exemplified by Manager Bill, who was unhelpful and seemed ill-suited for a managerial role. He attempted to use technical jargon to evade responsibility. The technician had assumed there was no water damage initially, but upon opening the device, they discovered its presence. As a long-time Apple customer, having purchased their products since the first iPhone, I am deeply disappointed that my first experience seeking support from Apple has been such a letdown.

The manager Jeff was the best Apple employee I have ever dealt with. So friendly and helpful. He was very apologetic with the issues I was having with my order and did everything in his power to make the situation better.
