Talk about horrible customer service\ The so called \\\"manager \\\" Kelsey and Caroline was rude and clearly unprofessional\ Basically forcing me to buy used shoes because they don't have more in the back of the store.. I have to buy the one in display according to her... I asked her to order them then for me and she said is not guaranteed I will get them brand new WHAT? If I want used shoes then might as well go to goodwill..\ Horrible service, rude and very unwelcoming store\ They of course made fun of us when we were walking out of the store.. GROSS!
