I was in line waiting to check out longer than I was in the store shopping for what I wanted. There were three people behind the counter and only 1 was ringing people out. I found out as I was walking out that one employee was on a break and the other was a manager. Unprofessional behavior from both employees. The employee who did help me though was friendly. Only reason for 2 stars.

the sale section sometimes has really good deals but can be picked through. otherwise meh.

I have been to many aeropostales in the country and I just have to say that they their employees need to do better with their costumers. Upon arriving to the store there was a Spanish couple who was walking around the store. The cashier who was female with a shaved head and multiple facial piercings had been eyeing them and was rather annoyed when the asked her to open the dressing room. The male of the couple tried to go in the dressing roomWith his partner and their female employee literally yelled at this poor guy, she then turned to us and was very pleasant and nice to us. I feel like this was a case of profiling based on their skin color.

Worst management teams ever! I’ve never had a problem until recently a wannabe eminem and her sidekick pickle eater from spongebob were so rude to me! They are also probably so disgustingly rude to their associates they all look miserable when they are working with those old hags. Clothes is cute i guess. Have also overheard them talking about associates and store manager that goes by “Zack” I also happened to be present when Kim the bald one raised her voice at two young girls about no older than 12 were just shopping and acting their age. So RUDE! So DISGUSTING!

Aeropostal is a very welcoming place to shop at as well as work for. The customers come from near and far to get the experience of Aeropostal apparel. The store can get busy at times but the staff tries there best to accommodate everyone’s needs and wants. It’s located in a beautiful area and right off the highway which explains the high volume of customers who come to shop at the mall. The employees are very focused and have a drive for excellent customer service.

After the stories my friend has told me about this horrid store. I will no longer be shopping here, the stories about the horrible and tragic management really show how much the managers matter in a work place. They were completely toxic to their associates, whenever I have visited her while she is working she always looks very miserable and overworked. The other day I witnessed a tragic event of one of the managers screaming at two young children shopping, for no reason. I won't be shopping here until these workers get a better working environment and these managers are dealt with.

A place where people love to shop and employees love to work! They sell quality, reasonably priced clothes that wear and wash well; their high waisted leggings are my favorite ! Unfortunately for some, they don’t understand all the hard work that goes into running an extremely successful high volume store. And when the mall doesn’t supply then with proper trash receptacles that are actually empty and readily available for the amount of cardboard that they are sent with their shipment; things can get kind of backed up. But if anyone has any further concerns I’m sure the managers would be willing to explain it to any simple minded individuals that had any questions ?

Clean up the mess you leave in the back hallway. People need to deliver through here and shouldn't have to climb over your trash. It's also a fire hazard, and disgusting.

very bad, woman in daisy mask was very rude to customers and was getting into their face to leave the store to get in line. Other than the one rude worker everything else was good.
