“I've been bringing cars to European Auto since ~1998 when the (likely original) clutch blew out on my '88 Jetta.
They've also worked on my '87 Scirocco 16V, '91 GTI 8V, '94 Jetta 2.slow, '99 Beetle 2.0, '01 GTI 1.8T, '07 GTI 2.0T, and more.
I like them so much that I keep trying to get Kevin to work on my '00 Audi A8L 4.2.... but it keeps breaking before I can get it to him.... a total drag because shops like this are few and far between.
I liked when it was Doug, John, and Kevin.... and think it's really awesome that Kevin carries on all these years later! He's not afraid of the old stuff, not afraid of the hard jobs...and himself, genuinely loves these cars. His knowledge and experience is significant. He's also humble, genuine, and kind.

“I took my 2020 Audi S4 here twice in the past few years. The first time was for autobody work, the staff were very professional and kept me in the loop along the way with everything that was going on. Had driven it for over a year before I ran into an unrelated problem with coolant leaking; they did a full inspection of my car determined it was something internal with engine, and would have to go Audi for repairs. They didn't charge me for any of the diagnostic work even though it sounds like they did quite a bit to figure out what the problem was. I appreciate the work/ help they did on car and would bring any of my cars back to their location. Very quick/ responsive team!”

The staff here are very communicative and significantly better to talk to than other places have been. Definitely recommended for anyone with car trouble!
Update: Went in once again for trouble with my exhaust and the problem was diagnosed swiftly and efficiently. They gave me a very reasonable estimate and timeframe for repairs, fantastic people working here!”
