I would leave 0 stars if possible. I was visiting for a wedding from out of state and parked in a parking lot. There were no signs stating it was a tow zone or no parking. I came out from being in a restaurant an hour later and my car was gone. it was a rental car and I was alone in an unfamiliar town late at night. I called the police to see if the car was stolen and they stated it was towed and did not offer help or advice. I called Cass Towing Company and they said it was unlikely anyone will come out tonight to unlock the gate and said it will be 300 dollars cash. I had to take an Uber back to the hotel. The next morning I woke up with a very bad migraine and was vomiting due to the stress of the event. I was barely able to get out of bed to find an ATM and to get an uber to get to the place my care was being held. I found a bank machine and got an uber costing me more money. I received my car paying $300 cash. I was still vomiting to and from the towing place. I missed the wedding, which is the whole reason I was there. Cost of my wasted trip is 2000.00 dollars. It's a scam. they intentionally look for someone to tow that's not around there to scam 300 cash out of them. I had initially spoke left a message with the only phone number on 1 sign. She called back today to state she did not tow the car and had no knowledge of who might have except the other management company. She also stated that 3 other people have called with the same exact complaint. I have multiple pictures of the parking lot and my car to prove my case. I grew up in Massachusetts, people had integrity and were more honest. guess that has changed in the past 10 years. terrible terrible business.

Service is terrible!!! Do not recommend them!! Waited for them to come and tow my car and cancelled at the last minute. Their communication is terrible. Find another tow company.

This company came and towed my car from arch st where I lived and told the athorities it was abandoned hownisnit abandoned if I live at this address that you picked it up from it was supposed to be a repo dumbass! Now I lost my licence and somehow I owe $1200 for them fucking my life up because the conspired with my exes mom to save her money. I'm screwed and this has cause a number of later arrests because I have to pay this $1200 before I can get my license nope I'll die first. This was in 2019 I believe but I haven't reviewed because i couldn't stop myself from using the f bomb we very other word until now. They don't even deserve the star I gave this place is crooked and dude is a creep...

Cass towing hit my stopped vehicle almost a year ago with no resolution to this day. 3 weeks of missed work, kids iPads smashed, BRAND NEW car totaled. Not a single word from the company and got a letter today that they're still trying to deny paying for the accident. Absolutely disgusting company and workers.

Christian towed my car at almost midnight when other tow companies AAA tried to dispatch wouldn't take the job. He was professional, competent, and very kind, and tirned what was looking to be a long abs frustrating night dealing with AAA into a great resolution. Thank you, Christian!

Worst service ever Liars! They told AAA they were going to tow in one hour and 18 hours later still didn't tow. They then told AAA that they did tow it but to the wrong place, and that was a lie. I called once again, and AAA told me that they did not tow it, and they could not tow it.! Not only are they liars but they're inept. Do not hire this company Under any circumstances. They work with AAA but they are the worst !!

It’s kind of funny after browsing through these reviews about Cass Towing most of the bad reviews are from people who are not satisfied that they had their vehicle towed due to the fact that they were the ones that illegally parked in the first place when there is clear and visible private parking lot signs displayed in multiple locations of the lot as well as a lovely bright white sign with an Arrow pointing in the direction that is public parking and therefore they would not have to worry about getting to their car after dinner only to discover it’s not there because it was towed out of a private parking lot that you decided to trespass on so if you think about it was if anyone that got towed for illegally parking just took a few minutes and investigated and thought to themselves I wonder if it’s ok to park here or not and just took a few minutes to scope the lot for tow away signs incase they were not seen upon entering the lot then none of you would of had to pay a crazy amount of money to get your vehicle back so maybe think about those things because blaming a Tow company for doing their job to ensure they hold up their end of a contract for that lot. As for the second part of the comments about rudeness yes there has been a few bad apples with not such great attitudes towards people but those bad apples are long gone from the company and if you happen to approach and driver or owner or whoever you may encounter with an attitude of your own right from the start then some attitude from that company employee will most likely happen because like I said these people are just doing their job which is what they get paid to do not to screw anybody or be mean so hopefully people can realize some of those things before get angry at the driver for a decision they made to park in a lot with a tow away policy. A lot of the other complaints I am seeing are because this company could not get to you at the intended time you have been told or are expecting and there’s a pretty easy explanation that because it’s not that they decide to just say I’ll get there whenever i get there it because this company does not just tow for AAA they tow for all the major insurance companies that offer roadside assistance as well as private cash calls and PD tows which take priority over everything else or perhaps maybe the call ahead of them might not go as quickly as intended because of complications. I can understand that it can be frustrating having to wait a few hours for a truck to show up but just know that the driver is doing everything possible to arrive to get your car but unless you are broken down on the highway or roadside and you as well as your vehicle are comfortably sitting at home relaxing what’s the rush because your tow could be done in 30 minutes or less and I promise you your designated garage probably won’t look at it until the next day or even a couple of day's it’s very difficult for them to give accurate eta’s because anything can happen while they are doing the call ahead of yours so please everyone just consider some of these possibilities before deciding to leave negative feedback because your upset about how long a tow truck is going to be. Just thought I’d clarify a few things because a lot of these comments are over exaggerated. Thanks for reading and I hope it all helps for a better understanding.Services: Battery service

Agrees to one price then holds your car hostage for another price. Unprofessional and not a great local business. I understand the car got towed and there is a cost associated with that, but distortion is unwarranted.Would give 0 stars if possible.

I call AAA at 11:30 in the morning for a tow.they dispatched CASS towing they put me off 4 times I called AAA at 5:00 and canceled . the worst tow company I ever had to deal with.don’t use this company

My mechanic recommended them and they did the job of getting the car were it needed to go. However they are exceptionally expensive it is a flat $150 just to show up plus another $5 a mile on top of that. My bad for not asking for the rates before going with them. I suggest you shop other towing companies before using them.Service: Car towing

Called AAA AT 1:38pm asking for a tow. Cass towing took the ticket with an ETA of 2:34 PM. At 3:00 PM. I called AAA for a status update and was informed Cass would not arrive until 3:34 PM. I canceled the tow and asked AAA to reschedule with another towing service. Why take the ticket and report an ETA of 2:34 PM and then show up maybe at 3:34. Terrible service very unreliable. Shame on AAA for using them and leaving me on the side of the road.Service: Car towing
