Wit-Way supply (I believe his name was Dave) saved my sanity. After diagnosing the problem with my furnace as my house was 42° I called Lenox. The company it was made by, rudely informed me within two minutes they refused to sell me a $30 switch for my furnace because I was not an HVAC company. Dave even had me bring in the broken one to make sure that was the problem and sold me one that was compatible the same day. He was very helpful and asked all the questions to make sure I had troubleshot correctly. He did not need to even take the time to do that. I highly recommend WIT-WAY Supply~ Once I got home installed the switch I had heat instantly. Thank you for saving me what would have been thousands if I had to go through Lenox and a mental asylum. P.S If you're reading this, don't buy #Lenox.

Would be zero start. I purchased a "stainless steel pellet stove pipe" from here . I paid the gentleman with the 2 german shepards and was on my way. I got home and went to start my project only to find out it was a gas stove pipe not stainless steel/pellet stove pipe. I reached out and talked to the people at Wit-way. They will not refund me and tell me I'm stuck with it.

“The name "WIT-WAY" is an acronym for the founding principle of the owners; "Whatever it Takes, We're at Your Service."” The man who they have working the front desk definitely needs to be re-educated to what this places motto means because it was not whatever it takes and was not at my service. Very rude and I seemed to be wasting his time.

They have always been very helpful and knowledgeable. Sometimes with our business we need to find an unusual or hard to find part to fix our customer's issue. They have always worked hard to help us find a solution at a reasonable price. They try to make sure and get the contractors in and out as quickly as possible so they can get back to work. Which is always much appreciated.

Being a single mom and not knowing how to start my boiler let alone fix it when it was under water. I called these guys to buy a switch I was feeling hopeless, but this awesome guy named Dave helped me out more then most of the people I know, personally would. Thank you Dave ur the best! I had heat all night ?

If it were pssible to write this review and give NO stars I would have. Completely ignorant. Went in to explain an issue we are having with the plumbing, man decides to say "Yea that could be just abt anything" and walks away from me. Assumed that maybe the other person was there before me. So I wait 5 min. He comes back and stares at me, and I explain a little more, he says the same thing to me. Rude, ignorant, unprofessional, and do NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. If you can find somewhere else to get what you need...do it. Going to this place isn't worth the aggravation. Ended up going to The Ultimate Bath Store in Rochester. They were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and overall decent people.

Honestly if there was another place that sold what I needed would have went else were. Very unprofessional one worker smokes when talking to you and why you explain somthing to him has a very bad attitude. Customer service is very poor when your asking for the parts they stop what there doing with you and help out contractors before you. Very poor. Got there at 830am didn't cash out til almost 930am all I needed was four parts for my ventilation under my house
