My husband purchased tires from VIP a few months back. Big selection with good prices. The tires were an excellent price and handled great(front wheel drive) in the snow. So time for me to replace my Michelins that were purchased 3 yrs ago after the dealer that services my vehicle told me the tires had dry rot...so I called VIP to make an appointment to discuss new tires and after arriving, Mark checked out my tires and told me they are fine... Michelin put out information when customers were noticing dry rot on their tires but it was just a top spray coat that was compromised. Not often do you run into a shop of knowledgeable people who actually help save you money and because of that...now, life time customers...not to mention the greeting we received when we came in!

Able to get my parts at a great price however wish employees would really check things when a customer asks so I don't have to cone back to get the right side part.

These guys are professional and super knowledgeable. I brought my car in for an inspection. It didn’t pass. The guys explained to me why it didn’t pass, told me what I needed to do, and explained it all so well. I will definitely keep bringing my car back here

Worked with Chris the advisor and Jake the technician. Both great people. Very fast and was out of there in no time. Needed a tired swapped over. Would go there again for anything. We need more good technicians like Jake!

I went for my oil change appointment. When I arrived, I was told that they were out of conventional oil, and they only had synthetic. Then, they had the audacity to try and charge me full price for that! I balked and got a discount. This will be my first and last appointment with this place!!!

I've been bringing my car here for a couple of years now as well as my dad and we both love this place. In my personal experience, I feel like they are honest, don't undermine their customers due to their gender, and are forthright with their pricing. In addition, they also toe the line between professional recommendation with realism of what their customers may or may not be able to afford. Overall, I've had a wonderful experience with this location as well as the people there, who are very personable (and help to explain things to new car owners). I plan to continue my services with this shop :)
