I had been BATTLING Verizon customer service for over a week try to upgrade why phone which was rendered useless after my grandmother switched our plan to her name following the passing of my grandfather. This led to a long frustrating journey of 6+ hour long calls to customer service, visiting stores, and Verizon canceling my phone order due to “fraud” despite my grandmother being present on the call as well. Her and I decided that rather than trying to play phone tag with Verizon (she lives 2.5 hours away) I would drive up her way and we would work it out together in store. Jesse was absolutely fantastic and did the battling for us and made some great conversation in the process. If you’re ready to pull every single hair out of your head, smash your phone, and resort to only communicating via written letter because of Verizon and you are within a days drive of this location I 100% recommend packing up the car and taking a trip to see Jesse.
