Wonderful service! Unbelievable how many customers I witnessed being rude to these kind union members. I hope Rochester USPS employees know how much they are appreciated.

I’ve lived at my address for over a year now. Since then I have giving the carrier MULTIPLE WRITTEN NOTES that the mail they’re delivering does not belong to us. They continue to give us their mail. I’m done with it

Staff is friendly and helpful. But, how is it that the p.o. box area is closed more hours a week than it is open? I've never seen a post office lock the doors to the p.o. boxes. Must be a New England thing.
