“Kevin the store manager at the farmington location was a HUGE help. He knew what he was talking about and listened to my needs to get me into a new mod and tank. I broke mine that day and this was the only store who answered the phone happy to help. Knowing I was going to take a decent drive to a location that definitely had what I was looking for was great. Other stores couldn't answer my questions and just said come out and see for yourself but that meant a long drive. At this farmington location the lady who answered the phone was so nice and immediately got Kevin on the phone who ultimately gained my trust and business.”

505 Central Ave, Dover“I have been reading some of the complaints here about the bartenders, hours of operation and closing early. Everyone needs to know that these issues are coming from MANAGEMENT, not employees. It is true that Dover's lounge is occasionally closed when it should be open, or closes early. However, this is happening because management pulls away Dover bartenders to cover in Portsmouth, and/or does not staff appropriately. The bartenders in Dover - especially James and George - are phenomenally hard workers, knowledgeable, courteous, and gracious. However, they can't work when they're not scheduled, can't work when they have been instructed to go to Portsmouth, and when they do work, are often asked to cover both the front store and the bar/lounge.
Please, people - think before you post. And management, if you're reading this, stop throwing the hardworking staff under the bus in your replies by saying that you're surprised to hear of this "unacceptable" conduct. I have been in the shop several times only to hear "we have to close early, because management says they need us in Portsmouth." The problem is yours, not the employees. It is salt in the wound for you to instruct staff to close Dover, and then act (here) like this is somehow a shock to you.
Management, you have a wonderful location, excellent cigars, and a great bar selection. Please hire (or retain) good bartenders and support them, both in the shop and here on Google. And customers, please be gentle. Until management straightens out its approach, it's probably good to call in advance to make sure the lounge is open. 90% of the time (or more) it will be. Let's support the employees and keep this refuge from the world a positive place.”

This store makes that habit very, very affordable, which is amazing for my budget to say the least. This store has everything from vapes to bowls and its just awesome! ?”
