My friend hosted her wedding at the castle, and the staff were so wonderful and accommodating, great listeners and really cared about us as we put everything together. I could see that on their faces that they were happy to see their place filled with merriment, and life. The best wedding I have ever been to, thank you Castle on Charles.

We just had our wedding here and it was hands down the best venue in the country. The ambiance was ethereal and beyond romantic. Herman and his helpers were SO accommodating and went so far out of their way to make it the perfect day, they took such good care of us and treated us like a king and queen. All our guests were saying it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to! Cannot recommend enough. We’ll definitely be back for more events in the future!

This place is Midevil themed. Beautiful.Dale was extraordinaire. I highly recommend asking for her to work your functions. Friendly, efficient, on point, and accommodating.You cant find hard working employees anymore, so , I hope she is appreciated and valued by her bosses.<3

I loved everything about the castle! I rented the Castle to host my baby shower, dragon themed, and the castle did not disappoint! The owner was very easy to work with, and allowed me to host the party I was dreaming of! The staff that was there on the day of my event was SO helpful, and took care of anything that I needed and more!The Castle itself is such a fun place. A great spot to host a one of a kind event. All of my guests agreed that it was a unique and exciting place, much more fun than I typical ‘function hall’. The Castle has so much charm! I can see myself renting the castle again for future parties, and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique experience!I wish I had taken more pictures of the inside before all the guests arrived!

We loved virtually everything about our time in the castle! We had a few things that we felt needed addressing but when we shared our thoughts with the owners, they were very willing listeners! I have no doubt they will adjust the few things we/they felt were reasonable requests. I can't wait to return!Everyone is so friendly, the food was delicious, and the performances were so enjoyable! Characters were well honed! The entire experience was wonderful.I still need to know what they use in their Princess Drinks! YUM!!

The Castle on Charles is the place to book your event. We had the reception for our wedding here in October and everyone loved it. Herman went way above and beyond to make sure that we had a stress free evening and that all of our guests had an enjoyable and memorable night. Many of our guests said that it was the best wedding they’d ever been too. We don’t have a single complaint and couldn’t recommend this venue enough. Don’t hesitate to set up a time to check it out, it’s super affordable, flexible, and the best bang for your buck that you’ll find.

Had a Town Hall for presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard in the Castle. The owner and staff were amazing. The venue has a great ambiance that will be hard to forget. The cheeseboards were phenomenal and were being sold at reasonable pricing.

The venue is fair for small groups. The hall is narrow and gets crowded quickly. The bar area is small with limited access to order drinks.

First rate space for entertaining and food! Thank you so much. I will keep this castle in mind for future hall space rentals! Just off 125 in rochester nh. Easy to get to!
