The owner of this car wash and detailing was amazing to help out me and my friends after a long weekend going mudding. The jeep was overheating and he was kind enough to let us cool the engine bay out even tho he doesn’t like trucks coming in and washing off their trucks covered in mud and rocks since it leaves so much damage to the whole system. We live 2 hours away and it would have been a 4 hour drive without coming to this car wash. We are very thankful for this guy letting us cool down the jeep. Would highly recommend coming here. Thank you!!

Owner is extremely down to earth and extremely helpful, got me off the side of the road with a smile helping me wash out my radiator definitely my go-to car in this aree!

We were on our way home from a mud event, I understand he doesn’t like when vehicles caked in mud wash there cars because it destroys the wash stations, but the owner was nice enough to let us pull in and wash our radiator so our jeep would stop overheating, we live 2 hours away and the owner of this fine establishment saved our day, thank you very much!!!

Shout out to Sof-Spra Car Wash and Auto Detailing SOF SPRA in East Rochester for doing such a great job detailing my very messy vehicle (due to kids and pets.) ?They made it look brand new so I’m pretty impressed! Customer service was very professional and friendly and the price was well worth the value of service! ☺️

One of the owners got my face thought we were going to end up throwing fist or something he was upset because my wife walked around the building because she didn't want to smoke inside the vehicle said we were scoping the place out accusing us of being criminals essentially I would not recommend going there very unprofessional. I hope they post the video

Not very detailed for the price ($250). Brought our 2011 CR-V for an interior detailing. The owner told me they're able to get 99.9% of vehicles "back to new" and that he hadn't had that 00.01% to date so naturally I was sold.
I dropped off the car the night before as requested. Was told it would be finished around noon time. When I arrived immediately I could see the door handles splattered with some sort of car wash soap/wax/solvent. Very disheartening to see.
The interior looked good aside from the main stains still remaining which is understandable to an extent. The windows were cleaned but streaky (which weren't streaky when dropped off, pretty much made the windows worse), the carpet still had some sand in it, maybe 2% of what was there originally (not terrible). The dash had splatter spots from what looked to be window cleaner used for the windshield and the dash was untouched as there was still particulates/dust and hand prints all over it.
Overall the detailing was ok but not what I was sold. It was clearly a rather sloppy detailing, yes the cloth seats were cleaned and yes the center console was cleaned nicely, but the windows were worse than before and the carpet still had sand on it and the dash was completely untouched which gave an overall very sloppy feel to what I had paid for... I called the owner about the issues and he asked me "why can't you just tell them to vacuum it more?" Which tells you a lot about this establishment.
Not very detailed for an auto detailing business. For $250 I expected the interior to be "detailed" which it was not. I feel the owner over sold me, which isn't a surprise since he doesn't actually work on site and his worker's don't have anyone to actually answer to, thus they do the bare minimum. The guy who did the detailing cleaned up the handle spots with some oily substance and it dripped all down the sides of the doors as I drove home. Totally ruined the vinyl finish.
This is a jenky azz place to get your interior detailed.. these guys don't put in the effort that they would with their own vehicle (that's if they even have a vehicle of their own). They don't care about your car, they just want to get through to the end of their shift. Be warned, you will be disappointed and maybe even frustrated. Poor attention to detail! I feel like I was tricked by the owner.
