The Staff is super helpful and nice. Selection is ok, but seems geared to a younger customer. Prices are a bit on the steep side.

I was shopping for a pair of work boots. An associat on-store floor. Has approached me, and asked if I could help me find my size. This man, Has been working construction for many many years. In this new job, that I needed, and happy to get, was OSha certified. He went out of his way To make sure that I could qualify impasse OSHA standards. Thank you show Depot. New Hampshire.

As a former employee the store has gone down hill tremendously. No greeting, empty shelves, no offering of help. The didn’t check my mates for a match; I had too.

I went here last night with my husband. It was super uncomfortable. I am guessing they think everyone who goes there is trying to steal . They basically stalk you when you are trying shoes on. A woman who worked there told me I can’t walk around with the shoes on while I was literally walking 4 feet so I could see them in a mirror! You lost a sale last night and my business. I will never go back to this store. Terrible customer service.

Went there today January 2nd to return some shoes. The kid yelled at me said I couldn't return them. Proceeded to swear at me the f-bomb the b-bom and kicked me out of his store instead of calling the manager and asking if he could do the exchange. Yeah, that's what I dealt with in the Rochester New Hampshire, the shoe department. What kind of people do you hire? Seriously called headquarters on you. That's that

Do not shop here! Manger is very rude! Selling used shoes as new shoes. Would much rather shop at other shoe stores.
