I go to this gas station almost every other day after work around midnight. Sue and Veronica are the best overnight team. They are so nice and caring. I can get what I need and get out.

Staff is friendly, place is kept very clean, open 24/7 which is a huge plus for me because I work nights. Sue and Veronica are the best. They always have what I need. This is by far my go-to place.

Sue and Veronica on the night shift are amazing! We stop in most nights after work for a little snack and they are always so pleasant and helpful, we will always only stop here.

This is the only place in the area that is always open 24 hours for gas and is a life saver when you are in need of a quick drink and a full up on your tank. I will say that cigarettes prices are a little steep but it’s the only option for night owls and the women that’s always covering the night shift is absolutely amazing and i don’t care what they are paying her she deserves a raise. Always in a good mode even though she has to deal with some of the tougher crowds of Rochester late at night. I wouldn’t want her job but I’m thankful she is the one that is doing it

I recently came into Nouria and had a Great customer service experience!! Usually when you go into a gas station/convenience store you are treated as just another number in their books, but let me tell you..Rick and the entire staff I dealt with were AMAZING! They helped me find what I was looking for, reminded me I save money using my rewards card that I forgot I had, told me of the buy one get one sales they have on the specific product (that i can ONLY find there!!!) And let me know about their app that sends you alerts on sales! They were extremely friendly and gave me a great start to my day!! They certainly know how to make you smile and go above and beyond to help their customers!!

I usually hit up this place at 2 or 3 am and I just want to say that the employees inside are awesome, very friendly. And side note....they have a great variety of Ben & Jerry's for a gas station.

Horrible customer service, been debating on calling the weights and measures division on them for charging medium(24oz) frazils as a large(32oz). When they ring it up it says 32oz even though the cups clearly say 24oz. Just because the 24oz cup is the largest you have at the moment doesn’t mean it’s an actual large. I’ve been getting frazils for years and enjoy them so much that I went to my local shell in concord to get the 32oz cups to use when I’m in Rochester. And guess what? The shady cashier tells me I can’t bring in the 32oz frazil cups even though they charging me for that size. Makes no sense! I go out of my way to get the cup that they’re charging me and the general public for and with a side of snarky attitude. Do your job and order some large 32oz freakin cups!! Special thanks to the dunkins crew for letting me snag a straw because usually there’s none stocked at the machine. Unbelievable! I got the receipt in the pic for validation..

This reading is strictly for the gas pumping service. I’ve use this station several times on my way home and it is forever out of paper receipts at the pump requiring you to go inside for a receipt which is unacceptable especially during Covid. Pumps are usually dirty and they do not take care of their windshield washing equipment as they should. I find the Shell station managed in Portsmith to be much better. When things improve I’ll change the review.
