I would full heartedly recommend taking your pets here, I was able to set up an appointment quickly, they are kind and respectful to you and your pets needs, and they have responsible prices. When discussing a product with them they told me I could get it cheaper at a different location, it was an amazing experience. Thank you

I love them. I have a toy yorkie Gizmo who is very small. 1.5lbs when I got him now he's at 4 months 3.3lbs. Gizmo has something stuck in his throat last week. I got in my truck and took him there. They referred me to a emergency vet that could xray him. He had a hair ball stuck in his throat. He's fine now. Thank God!I love Rochester Veterinary Clinic. They are so helpful, kind and caring!

The story you are about to read is almost unbelievable! Do not go to this place!!!A male veterinarian here was told by a tenant of mine that her cat could be hard to handle while getting taken out of the carrier, the vet was scratched by the cat while the vet was taking him out of the carrier while my tenant was told to leave the room. The vet came into the rating room and told my tenant that the cat would have to be put down because it was “wild”, even though the cat had its rabies vaccines and was an indoor only cat and was only 2-3 years old. The tenant was not allowed to say goodbye to her beloved pet and the cat was put down and tested for rabies the same day. She left with an 80$ bill that same day. I believe this place took advantage of this poor woman, the vet became angry that he was injured by a cat after not listening and decided to put it down. Anybody else would’ve sued this place into oblivion or called the police although I’m not sure there is much they could’ve done.Again do not go here for the sake of your pets!!

2 of the most knowledgeable and caring doctors. I can call with an issue about my dog and Dr True is always there to guide me and treat my pet in the office if need be. Dr Moon has treated 3 of my dogs. Always takes the time with you to help you understand what is going on. No surprises. Highly recommended for all animals.

I absolutely love the care my pups get from here. Everyone is so approachable and willing to answer any questions I have. My dogs are comfortable and at ease with everyone. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and welcoming atmosphere, especially if you're a new pet owner, they were and are very helpful with my inexperience as a recent pet pet owner.Good luck on your search of a quality service!!

The staff is wonderful, they get us right in. I feel like they really care about the animal because the costs were not astronomical. The doctors are very nice and made us feel comfortable. So happy to have found this place.
