Completely renovated and super clean. Brand new machines & there aren’t people “loitering” inside or out. The bathroom is also locked unless you are a paying customer with a laundry card to open the door !

Great location if you need the coin free machines fairly cheap location never packed. We get a huge amount of laundry done for sixty bucks.

I haven't used new and improved Rochester laundry, because it is to expensive they need to bring prices back to normal of what they were, just something to think about for a lot more families

I own The Happy Errand Lady, LLC and offer laundry services to clients. I recently switched to this laundromat for my business needs over a local competitor who suddenly doubled their prices and dropped their drying temps. I was skeptical but local friends assured me this one was recently renovated and the best in town. No joke, best laundromat ever! It's clean, yhe bathroom is clean and safe, the machines work great, the laundry card system is streamlined and very easy to use. Bonus points for the card helping me keep track of laundry expenses for my clients as I can see my transaction history. They also reward you with a daily free wash raffle which I won on my 2nd visit!! The client laundry that used to take me 12-15 hrs to complete at home is now taking me a peaceful 3 hours. Keep up the great work Rochester Laundromat, we are going to serve a lot of wonderful clients together!!

According to previous reviews of this place it seemed bad but I’ve been coming here for about 7 months and I have no complaints, even the toilet paper in the bathroom is decent

Very clean, and I love the options of different size loads for washing! Free wifi is also a plus. Didn't like that. I needed to use a designated laundry card instead of just using a visa card or cash.

Very clean all the machines seem to work well. This place is much better than the old one. Only place I do my laundry.

Pretty dirty place. The spot you pour the laundry soap don't look like it's been cleaned since the day the machine was installed. Floors are dirty. Seats are disgusting. But was no other place to do laundry at that time unfortunately. Being hand sanitizer!

It was clean but the dryers didn't work very well. There were a few people in there that wasn't doing laundry just hanging out it was cleaner than it used to be
