Usually goes well at the pharmacy which we use most. Occasionally you get contradicting information depending upon the pharmacist. The helpful ones make it smooth, the there are those that will give you misinformation because the transaction is more work. " Why can't you pick that up next week when you get your (whatever it is). Get special permission from your Dr. (After he had already called and gave permission) . Others, help you seamlessly and happily.

Found the product I needed rather quickly. The associates didn't bombard me as soon as I got in, which I really liked!! Additionally they were very welcoming and friendly. I ended up purchasing an additional item as well.

They are helpful the pharmacy has been very slow and backed up since the one on Milton Rd closed I believe they are starting to get better. Let's hope so.

They're great... when you can actually get ahold of them. They NEVER answer their phone, or if they do they don't say anything and just hang up. I'm not calling for fun, I have life-saving medicine I need to make sure is available, but even calling half a dozen times doesn't get you any closer to your goal.

They have an automated attendant system that will dial your phone number but not leave a message. So, you do not know if they have a question, or a refill is ready. You have to call them which wastes time for the customer and the pharmacy.

My first time using this pharmacy after using Walmart for years & I am so glad I switched to them. Just wish I had done it sooner! They were so nice & polite. Made my first visit super fast & easy. Never going anywhere else! ?

Always slow service. Clerks at registers never at the counter. Clerks could care less when your standing at the register waiting for service. Had to say HELLO twice before she came. Then her body language seem liked she was perturbed that I took her away from her stocking the shelves or whatever she was doing.

My wife and I have tried to get our Covid booster shots thru the online sites from other Rochester company providers w/o success.We took the J&J vaccine in March and no availability for boosters located locally. Again,via internet search, found that Rite Aid had available some walk-in booster availability.We entered,talked to the drugist and found,yes, boosters were available.Five minutes with registration,five minutes for the booster,now we're vaccinated as recommended. THANK YOU RITE AIDE !!
