Started going here on Fridays to stay away from traffic on 95. Really enjoyed it, but ever since the remodel I will have to find another. 50 percent less equipment now. They used to have two lines of machines in the middle and now there so one single. One pec deck now. Waited my entire workout and never got to use it because it was someone after another. It's good if you want to do cardio.

I really enjoy attending the Rochester location. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. The equipment is available during the time I’m there so I can efficiently complete a well rounded workout.

I'm very happy with this PF location. It's clean, well lit with lots of natural light, and has very friendly staff. It's nice to use their app to read the "crowd meter" to see how busy it is before you go. Tanning beds were also clean!

So the MANAGER wouldn't allow different style tanning bed glasses. Just because she THINKS they are simple sunglasses, and has never done any research into the newer styles, I got denied. More concerned with exercising her authority instead. Back to Dover....

Poor management, this place stole my money and has yet to refund it after the general manager promised to do so. Employees are rude and one disclosed my personal information to a stalker.

I do not recommend this location at all! Unsatisfiable customer service with selective rules depending on the manager and staff that resides on duty.
