The helpful ones make it smooth, the there are those that will give you misinformation because the transaction is more work. " Why can't you pick that up next week when you get your (whatever it is). Get special permission from your Dr. (After he had already called and gave permission) . Others, help you seamlessly and happily.”

“With the cyberattack on Change Healthcare, I wasn't able to get a prescription filled unless I paid full price OOP; the full price is thousands of dollars. It's a shame that people are probably more aware of the state of certain celebrities' relationships than the fact that patients and health/hospital offices cannot process insurance payments. I've always had a positive experience with this particular Walmart pharmacy (not all Walmart pharmacies, though) so I wanted them to fill it. I called them regularly to see if the insurance could be processed. They continued to be helpful and polite to me, despite the fact that I'm sure they've had to deal with several angry customers who couldn't get their medications. Well, when a workaround was finally set up for processing this medication, they called me right away and asked me to help them as they attempted processing it. I was more than thrilled to assist. It worked. They had the medication ready for me in no time. It's fantastic how much they care for their patients. I have to hand it to this group of wonderful pharmacists and techs because the company they work for isn't always known for relationships as good as those you might get at a local pharmacy. They really do go above and beyond. Great work!”

“Great experience here over the main st location by McDonald’s. Still just a big and the same selection with less people. If distance doesn’t matter, this location is the better Rochester one”
