PetSmart
160 Washington St #701, RochesterCustomer service was pretty good, but it's inconsistent. Sometimes the person helping me is wonderful and sweet and chatty and sometimes they don't speak at all. The location is great and convenient. They have everything I ever look for for my pets.

Pet Grooming
Breeze Pet Salon LLC
531 Columbus Ave A, RochesterThis is the first time taking my tiny Yorkie dog, Maggie, to Breeze Pet Salon and I was NOT disappointed. When I walked in to pick her up and saw her, I was stunned and overjoyed at how she looked. Sooooo cute! I made her next appointment right then and there. Would highly recommend! ??

La Pooch Dog Spa LLC
101 Wakefield St, RochesterTruly a 5/5 star experience. They listen to what I wanted for my dog's cut, but I also know that they ultimately use their best judgement and I've never been happier with a grooming result. Having the Fear Free certification might seem like an extra bonus, but it's truly at the heart of why I chose them and trust them: handing your dog off to folks who are going to spend the next hour or so closely handling him is really an exercise in trust, and knowing that they put his comfort and needs first makes that choice a whole lot easier. The bonus is that he looks and smells *amazing* every time!

Broadview Animal Hospital: Gajewski Cathy F DVM
134 Ten Rod Rd, RochesterI was thrilled to get a same day appt although I did not realize that there was a higher charge to do so. Still, I wanted my baby to feel better and didn't think to ask. I am hoping to keep Bobby well and do some regular well visits to monitor his condition. A vet that listens without thinking I am a nutty cat owner.
