“i came into store for only paint chips & paint sample jars of custom behr paint. i was cheerfully greeted by young man named "joseph" in paint dept. joseph was all alone & slammed with customers! however, he remained patient, cool & cheeful throughout entire event. joseph, was organized, efficient & answered myriad of paint questions. for a very young man, he was so helpful & considerate with his time. i am sure he is earning pennies on dollar for an hourly salary? in my opinion joseph is an extremely valuable hd employee! thank you, young joseph.”
“This is my go-to home improvement store, Lowe's is closer to my house but I take the extra time to go to Home Depot. They generally always have what I need and I've never had a bad experience with any of the employees. Yes, it can take a while to find someone that's not busy to help sometimes but being understaffed will cause that and I know it's not their fault.”
