Shop elsewhere. I bought a universal joint found out when I got home i was sold the wrong one so I called and asked what the chances are someone would be there 5 minutes after closing so I could get the right one and I was told "not a chance, the door closes at 3:00" incredible lack of customer service.

Took at least 10 min to find part number for a common brake rotor, employee didn't put in vehicle info, then another 10 minutes to find stock in the store that was stored in the wrong place.
