I went out of my way to find the sales rep Susan D after stopping in to the store just to look at mattress & check prices. After leaving & searching 4 other mattress stores I returned to Susan. She was helpful, knowledgeable, & patient.Never made me feel rushed. Thank you Susan.

The store was a good experience. But the delivery was not a good experience for us. Yes they delivered the items and set them up ok, they should have to supply their own tools and drinks instead of asking us for these things. They should not be asking us for these things they should be prepared.

My husband and I were looking for a new mattress and decided to stop in here and we are SO glad that we did!
Ulysses was FANTASTIC! Clearly hoping to make a sale obviously & understandably BUT he was not pushy at all, he was incredibly knowledgeable of all the mattresses & helped us narrow down our search by giving us comparable & vastly different mattresses to try to help narrow our search/give us clarity in what we really needed, gave us plenty of information on each one, and gave us space to try mattress and talk without feeling overly pressured.
My husband and I don't do well making a solid choice with a third party - no matter how much space they give us or how patient they are - and with lots of options so we opted to go grab some dinner, discuss the options (as we have considerably different needs and comfort levels for a mattress), and come back. Ulysses was understanding and, of course, happy we kept our promise to come back. After discussing things with him, he had us try the bed we decided on one more time, and we purchased it.
Our mattress arrived two days later - first night was last night - and even delivery was fantastic. In and out in like 5 minutes!
There is also a 120 day guarantee which we appreciated as you can't really tell how well a mattress is going to work without sleeping on it for a couple months and giving your body a chance to readjust to it.
Highly recommend this particular Mattress Firm. Ulysses' knowledge, patience, respect, and lack of pushiness was SO refreshing compared to other places. You won't be disappointed! :)
