Brad greeted us asking what brought us in. Shopping for pillows today. He asked important questions regarding sleep then brought over several for us to try. He gave details about all pillows. We narrowed it down to 2, he got us all the pricing before we made our decision. He was awesome!

Susan was wonderful at answering our endless questions! She took our sleep issues and concerns, guided us to several mattresses that fit our needs, and let us take our time trying them all out. Susan’s knowledge on the composition of each mattress we tried was impressive. Went in a half hour before close on Friday looking for a pillow. The sales rep was still extremely attentive, and helpful. He even got every pillow option for me to look at separately. We did not feel rushed or pressured at all.
