I went to the Lilac on Farmington Rd. I was not happy with the wash, I had bird droppings that were only partially removed. Called them and they were very fair. They let me take my car through again with great results this time. Great customer service, nice and clean. My car is shining!

We like this car wash because it's quick, the price is good and it's close to our house. This time around there was a line and it seemed like one of the payment machines wasn't willing to cooperate. It still went pretty quickly though.

Not a bad carwash to go to! Rinses the soap off fairly well compared to other touchless washes and seems to always be topped off with all the soaps and cleaners for all tiers of washes.

A few months back I purchased the 22.00 car wash option. Which was the best wash option. Only to come out of the bay and see my car was just as dirty as when I first got there. I took a picture of my car and emailed it to the car wash company. To my surprise they instantly offered a refund. I was told to download the app and they would make it right. Again to my surprise they did just that. I was reimbursed for my first purchase and was given a second for free. So thank Lilac car wash.

Terrible car wash. Water and soap loosened the dirt but the dirt never rinsed off. Without brushes the dirt is still on the car. Complete waste of money and I ordered the"extreme." Extreme disappointment. Need to go to a real car wash now to get the dirt that is still on it.

it's good, but I see black spots in the bays a lot. I feel like it needs to be cleaned my often. other than that it is a good car wash if you are in a rush.
