So happy with Key Collision of Rochester. I have to be honest that I didn’t know they existed until I needed them and they were recommended by the insurance company. Now I want everyone to know they exist. Amazing costumer service, multiple status updates, they helped me with my rental and got my car back to me a day earlier than promised.

Top notch experience at Key Collison in Rochester. They completed the job much quicker than expected, which was a nice surprise. Their communication was terrific throughout, and it was also convenient to have a link to check the status of the repair online.
Most of all, the people here are great. Laurie was just so sweet and pleasant to work with. Mike was great in explaining the work needed and making sure i felt comfortable and had a chance to ask questions. Mr car looked great when I got it back!
