Hands down the worst automotive shop, always something else to fix on top of the initial issue, I'm from Lawrence and we still fix the cars that pass through the shop. This place is a joke,integrity, I just don't see it, and of course I'm not going to do reviews under my real name, I'm a mystery shopper, sad part is I have to give you a star to write this

I've been taking my vehicles there for a few years now and have always been treated good. They are honest and upfront with the repairs needed and do the work right with Integrity as the name implies.

I took my 2011 suburban to have catalytic converters changed in the process thru broke head bolts and slammed it on the truck I keep this truck maintained I heard the mechanic beating on it with hammer when I brought it back die to exhaust leak that it did not have and was told my truck broke itself I was screamed at by the owner when I told him I expect them to fix there mistake they refused I do not recommend this garage to anyone who expects quality work

I gave them a run for their money repairing my 2011 Volkswagen Touareg with a coolant leak. I think they did an amazing job. Communication was great and they put me at ease that they’d be able to do the job no matter how difficult it was. They’ve got my business going forward.

I reached out about a mishap with a friends car. Glen reached out personally, on his vacation at that, to make sure we reviewed records and such. Ends up being the fault of a dealership, should have known! Ugh! Very appreciative of their willingness to take extra time to review these things with me. It’s very important for this vehicle to be safe for personal reasons. They’ve taken very good care of my dear friend and I appreciate their patience and understanding.

I brought it to a couple other places and they told me I needed a new engine or a new transmission turned out I didn't..i did need a lot of work done he had my car for I'd say about 2& 1/2 weeks but still nothing wrong with her!! Ernie is the best!! & Glenn!!!

Drove my 2014 Chevy Equinox into their parking lot due to a mild engine noise and asked if they could look at it. Two different employees without ever leaving the counter told me the motor was seized, and it would be $15k minimum to fix. I drove it for another 10k miles before it got rear-ended. Will never recommend this place to anyone or ever think about using themEdit, since it won't let me reply to your response: I drove it in with the noise like I stated. I drove it away since YOUR employees told me it was seized without ever looking at it. I drove away because it was drivable since clearly not a seized motor, but your techs did not know what they were talking about or even want to help by at least looking at it. The accident 10k miles later was it getting rear-ended while parked and nothing to do with a motor issue. Maybe train your employees to look at a vehicle instead of just assuming, and they were clearly wrong. The noise I was hearing ended up just being a hose clamp had broken and fallen out of sight but could be heard moving around while driving. Easy for someone to figure out if they just happened to idk maybe do their job.....

The name Integrity says it all. Integrity Auto in Rochester, NH got my extensive work done in record time. The Subaru dealer said I needed $2500 worth of repairs.
