I am not a regular customer here but recently walked in at around three o clock on a Friday,no appointment, desperately in need of someone to install a tire and they fit me right in basically. It was very helpful and I really appreciated their effort for my $30.

I’ve been coming here for over 20 years. I don’t know what happened, but the quality of service has plummeted. Things not getting fixed properly, shoddy work, and above all else, their attitudes are really bad now. It’s really sad to see how downhill Hervey’s has gone. Maybe it’s time for them to sell the business to someone who can handle it and to someone who will treat their customers better.

Tomorrow will be my forth time coming back to this place because they keep on giving me bad tires. I just got for new ones and by the time I got home my tire got a hole right in the middle, thankfully I was pulling in already. Hopefully I’m not being discriminated for being a Afro Latina w a thick accent

First time visit the other day and I had a great experience. Staff is super courteous and Rose, (the dog) was great company while I waited in a very comfortable waiting room. Fair pricing and if you go in thinking you need a certain repair done and they find that it's not needed, they'll let you know instead of charging you for an unnecessary service.

I have my tires done here whenever I need new ones put on my vehicle. Super friendly team and done in a timely fashion. Refuse to go see anyone else!

So I get a quote from herveys for $150 to remove tires and put them back on the rims after I had the rims powder coated.
I go to pick up My car tonight and get hit with a 100 dollar storage fee. Never mentioned a storage fee when I dropped the car off. I told them in 20 yrs of being a officer in rochester that Hervey gave me a quote for work his word was always true. And he stuck to his word. I guess the boys don't keep their word. Let's see if the small claims judge agrees with me. You quote a price, you stick with the price. Sloppy business pratice...probably delete this review...
