Tons of tape over the manual washes options if using it manually, beware. I tore off some of the tape which has color coded stickers to try and get you to use more money. Wicked sketchy car wash, didn’t have any soap. Paid $10 for water. Soft spra in East Rochester is a much better option. Since the owner is doubting me someone else posted the manual wash with tape and stickers over the options! Still no soap in dispensers. Rather not waste my time calling. Not looking to call and do all this extra when I just wanted a working car wash. Won’t be back, especially since the owner has “no idea what I’m talking about.” Here’s a picture.

Paid for soft touch car wash, was charged $16 for the wash. I pulled in, the machine started moving, then just stopped. There was no attendant to assist, so I had to pull around and pay again for the touch free, which was ok, except now I'm out $16 bucks and I'm not sure if the other section ever reset itself or if it's still broken. No one to ask, and I can't get into the website to tell anyone. Sorry this was my only outlet, I don't usually have trouble there.

Thank you for replying. So, I don't want a wash book and would like a refund for the balance. For a first time user at your car wash, I felt it wasn't very user friendly.So, I was charged somehow $50 for a $13 car wash. Have tried to call, but no answer, no message back.

I tried to use the self service bay with the power washer.I entered my card but the water never came on.My card was charged $5.75, but I couldn’t use the wash.I have tried calling their number since there is no staff there.I have called several times, left several messages but they have never called back.I don’t like paying for something and not getting anything.It’s not so much about the money as it is the principle.Their customer service is terrible!!I definitely won’t be back to wash a vehicle! They obviously don’t care about their customers!!If I could rate them with negative stars I would!!There are much better car washes here in town!!

I do not recommend this place if you plan on washing your own car. The pressure washer has about as much pressure as my garden hose at home. Also the soap is a bucket of dirty soapy water with a brush that doesn't have many bristles left! Definitely won't be back!

After being done with the wash the dryer turned on but it wasn’t long enough. Therefore I had to dry by hand, unacceptable. They close at 3:30 so no attendant present by the time I was done. Went to use the vacuum, paid $3 which should be free if you have a wash. I was able to vacuum the front driver some of the back, but it turned off before I could use passenger side. The handle and hose kept coming off. Never going back!

I liked it better when there were people operating it and they had towels to dry off your vehicle. Now it's just like every other automatic car wash.

They only accept quarters and credit cards. That's so stupid should have a cash thing there too not just. Credit cards or quarters? I will never wash my car here ever again
