I’ve been a loyal customer at the Golden Nozzle location on Washington St, Rochester, NH for over two years. On October 21, 2024, I was denied service by an employee (elderly, tall, and corpulent white male) unless I repositioned my membership sticker, which was placed over tape to protect my window (a method previously approved by the former manager). The employee was dismissive, rude, and repeatedly interrupted me, despite my efforts to explain the situation. He falsely accused me of attempting to transfer the sticker to another vehicle. I ultimately received the wash after complying under protest, but I am now requesting a refund for my membership due to the unreasonable service and disregard for prior agreements.

Decent unlimited use price,but if you get slight damage to your vehicle,they will have you fill out a form over and over,then never respond.

Best car wash I’ve found in NH. Lived in Nashua and Manchester as well as currently in Ossipee and the service person was so very friendly and professional. Even though I have leather interior I own a Shepherd dog and the fur looks like it had grown on all the exposed cloth surfaces and rugs. The vacuums work the best out of all I have used! This car wash should come North on Rte 16 since the one there is always breaking down and just the tourist traffic would keep it busy from open to close! I would be happy work there! Thank you!!!
