I bought a fire engine red Toyota Yaris there many years ago. At first they were slightly resistant to my attempt at price negotiation, but after I walked and the car sat on their lot for a couple of months longer they came crawling back to me ready to play ball. I got it for a fair price and the car was in good condition and lasted for years. I might consider buying from them again if they had some fully electric options.

I have been looking for an affordable Mini for a while. Then I saw this one with a little less than 50k miles on it. I contacted them immediately, and went there the same day I saw it. I met Bob the sales manager and was relieved how pleasant he was to work with. We were able to close the deal without breaking a sweat and traded the Mini I had for 10 years in. I'm planning on upgrading our truck next....

Reached out to them via FB Messenger yesterday about a situation I was in and they seemed excited to get me in to see the value of my car, they asked for a time I would want to come in at and I gave them a time. Fast forward to today and I haven’t heard any confirmation yet.

I bought my Mazda 3 here the other day. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from 1st City. I left feeling like I got a decent deal both times. I had a good idea what I wanted before I even got to the lot that morning and by lunchtime I was driving away in my new car! The thing I like is that the price they list is the price you pay for the car. If you need a used car go see what they have.

Dave, Bob, and Sarah were all excellent! I saw a car on their site (Audi TT) that caught my eye. I by no means need a new car, but was curious if this one would fit my budget. These three spent about 2 weeks assisting me. I’ll admit, I was a bit of a pain, took a while to get a paystub/W2 to show a YTD number, but they were super patient the entire time! They never once made me feel like I was a hassle, even when I decided to not get the car. Props to Dave and crew on being such professionals! Definitely top of the list when I eventually need a new car!

i cannot say enough good things about first city! i had a nearly impossible situation - less than good credit, upside down on a car, small down payment. my existing vehicle was not even safe anymore and i couldn't afford to fix it. i mentioned to Bob D. that in a fantasy dream world i'd have an AWD SUV. he said he'd make it happen. i had so many questions, i was hesitant, i was picky... him and the sales manager Sarah were so patient, had a whole host of cars waiting for me to try. and i got a fully loaded, low mileage, AWD SUV! everything i wanted + a payment i can afford. life changing. thank you so much! :)
