Had the pleasure of a tow and ride with Dylan of Doug's towing from my home in New Durham to Town Fair Tire in Rochester. Dylan is both professional and personable and performed his job with a smile on his face. He is warm and took special care in hooking up my medium price range sports car to his flatbed. On the ride over shares stories of his life and interests. Dylan somewhere your dad is smiling down upon you. An asset to Doug's towing. Great service!

Dylan from Doug's Towing showed up today and did an amazing job of getting my truck that was stuck in park and on a steep hill. I did not think it was possible but Dylan worked hard and inch by inch got it up onto the tow truck. Excellent perseverance and great customer support. Highly recommend.

This was my very first experience with Doug's towing Thank you so much for your fast 5 star service today while I was stranded on the side of the Spaulding. Tommy was fantastic extremely personable and professional! My mother in-law said " if I ever need a tow and it's not Tommy leave me on the side of the road ??" thanks again !

my 1st Experience with Doug's and they were fast and Honest and got the job done, thought i blew out a muffler, and if they went ahead and replaced it, i would have never know that i just had a clamp that rusted and let go, but couple small parts and all better for a reasonable price !!! but of all of it i LOVE Honesty in a Repair shop !! and the Staff All Friendly like they'd know me for years........Can't go wrong if you take your car to Doug's
