Deke's was a God send. They not only saved me more money by pointing out if I waited day for my emergency fill, they also spent some time trying to bleed the oil line. My furnace was being stubborn. He was able to finally get her up and running and I now have much needed hot water. I will be using them from now on.

best price around Rochester, NH. The emergency delivery fee is also cheaper than the rest (we called around to 9 local agencies for pricing) and you don't need an existing account to get an emergency first time delivery. delivery is fast and communication was easy- they always call or text me back. amazing place.

Horrible experience. They scheduled oil for delivery two weeks out, which is fine. Come delivery day, no call no show. We call and they answer, stating they will check on the delivery guy. Again no return call. We get a text the next day (Sunday) that our home is outside of their area of service and they will not deliver to us. We are on the border of Rochester and about 10 minutes from them. Either way, one might think a reputible company wouldn't have setup for a delivery in the first place to a home knowing they dont deliver to said town. One might also assume that the company would have gotten back prior to the delivery date to cancel expected delivery. Nope, instead we get a text. Now were fairly low on oil and waiting for an actual reliable oil company, all to save 20cents/gal. This company showed their true colors, I will not recommend them to anyone. Horrible customer service. Sticking with Quality fuels, who make it a priority to keep their customers satisfied.

They were supposed to come and deliver they didn’t show at all cause their truck was broken, but didn’t mention when they first scheduled a week and a half ago. Missed 3 scheduled appointments with no call. Didn’t pick up phone and said we can go but more expensive diesel.

Successfully used these guys in the past but we will be looking elsewhere from now on. Poor communication, a two week wait for delivery, and then they rescheduled once and no-showed twice. This left us scrambling to find another delivery company as by this point we were almost out of oil.

Competitive pricing. Easy to request a delivery, usually within a few days.Now for an update to my first review.I've been using Deke's for about a year now. Always the best price around and everyone is friendly and courteous. Delivery is usually within a few days. I did have trouble once getting a phone call through to the office. (Possibly a phone company issue ?) But it was well worth the one day delay getting hold of them and placing my order. I plan to stay with Deke's !

Eric and his team are fantastic! I saw their lowest price online, and gave them a call. I figured the distance may be too far, because I live near Concord. Eric said that would be no problem, but would have to deliver on a Saturday. He made the delivery himself. He also stated that he's trying to develop new areas, so if you think they may possibly get to your location, don't hesitate to give them a call.
