About 6:15 today I was at Cumberland farms. I literally saw the absolute worst customer service I have ever witnessed. A man was waiting for help from one of the two women that was working, he asked the younger one if she could grab two beers that he as a customer was not able to reach. Using profane language she told him how dare he asked her for help when she was working. When she went to grab the two beers she slammed the door so hard it did not shut. When it popped back open she put her entire body weight into slamming it again. It was a disgusting thing to watch. The man obviously left without purchasing the beer. Kudos to him. Unbelievable.

Be careful if you buy coffee here, they never clean the maker's and it has MOLD growing in it.. that's what that bitter taste is.. you can get VERY SICK FROM DRINKING MOLD

Staff is great but come on really all Cumberland farms computer systems are in the same error as the Atari. It does not matter which Cumberland farms you go to you cannot use a card with a chip it does not matter you cannot swipe the card because then it tells you to insert the chip and then it declines your card it's every single Cumberland farms, and for this reason I refuse to go back anymore it's a waste of my time it's a waste of people's time, I get being cheap but some companies need to update their computer systems for people can actually use the service because how many people like myself won't go back because of this issue? I'll go to McDonald's now to get my coffee it's ridiculous it's every Cumberland farms come on people update your computer systems 2022 not 1980

The clerks the staff are great but their computer system is from 1980 I think my Atari was faster. I cannot get gas there I cannot get an iced coffee anything that has a chip on your card forget it it doesn't matter what card you use it's going to decline it and you can't swipe it so what do you do you waste your time don't bother they're not going to update the system every Cumberland farms is the same way go over Rochester somersworth they're all the same I will not go to Cumberland farms anymore for this issue it's ridiculous million dollar company and they refuse to fix their computer systems it's crazy I wonder how many other people won't go there because of this issue and how much money they're losing because they just refuse to update their system

No problem at Cumberland farms I'm pretty sure it's because of the late night hour it was midnight at least on the way home and stopped to grab some ice cream half gallon plenty of flavors grab the one I wanted French vanilla checked out they were a few people at their gas pumps but other than that I had no problem in and out clerk greeted me at the door and pond exit wish me a good evening.

I was up in this area with my mother this past weekend visiting a relative and we decided to stop by here to fill the car up with gasoline before we headed back to Boston. It is self service at the gas pumps but the area is well lit and the pumps were all in good working order. The convenience store part of this location was clean and looked to be well stocked with plenty of snack items, chips, beverages, etc. The store employee who was there at the time seemed pleasant enough. I would go back next time I am visiting the area to get gas or buy some goodies in the convenience store.
