Went in asking for an order of hot food got told it was gonna take 30 mins cuz he was alone in the store… what I wanted would’ve taken less then 5 mins to cook there was barly any other customers in the store… clearly multitasking is not one of there skills… how hard is it to pop in an order and continue helping others?

I drive a company vehicle. Pulled up to pump 3 the credit card is not working so I had to change pumps. My business card requires a passcode and the odometer reading so I can't just do that easily inside. Pump 4 has a broken handle so I had to hold it the whole time. Then there is no public bathroom. I would choose any other gas station! Unfortunately the company gas account is Cumbies. This is the worst one I have stopped at.

My gas light is on and it really does stink when you drive to a gas that’s posted as 24 hours and it’s closed. It’s 10:50 pm on a Friday. Ugh!

First of all staff is very friendly very pleasant. Just wondering what happened to this store the store used to be well cleaned and well stocked and now it's just the opposite. The floors are always filthy unswept the machines are always out of order you can barely find any hot food presented and the shelves are barely stocked. I do understand that there is Staffing shortages and stuff going on but it just seems a shame to the point where I choose another cumby's to go to

It's April 4th to 2:27 a.m., this is to the younger gentleman and I wouldn't really call him a gentleman, that was working, and to the manager who hired him, I stopped here after a long drive from key West Florida back to New Hampshire and being a paying customer I felt entitled to use the bathroom that you provide for your customers. When I entered there were cones up and it said the bathroom was closed for cleaning we were there for over half hour already and I waited another 10 minutes. No one came out from the bathroom, that employee did not move from the counter, he continue to conversate with a female who came there to talk to him, I waited patiently to use this restroom, as he did not move to clean the bathroom I could not wait any longer and decided to use it, since nobody was in there cleaning I did not see the harm. When I went to leave he rudely told me that the next time I use the bathroom there with the signs up he's going to kick me out and that the sign was there for a reason, if the sign was there for a reason maybe he should be doing his job and cleaning the bathroom so that it's accessible to customers instead of being a rude disrespectful employee who does nothing but chat on his time at work. Unproductive and not a good image for this company.

I've met some rude employees in convenience stores before, but this is the first time I ever been so angry I wrote a review. Just buying a powerball ticket one day and apparently the kind behind the counter decided I had taken it from his hand too fast. The next time I was in he started giving me a hard time about it and the woman who was ringing me up decided she wouldn't give me my change. Only way I got my change was to threaten coming over the counter at her. And then they scream rude at me as I'm walking out the door. The management of this place needs to be there more often to see how their employees are behaving with the customers. Unless some staffing changes are made, I will not be returning to this place.

Which is the worst Cumberlands in New Hampshire? 299 Rochester! It's 5:05 pm on a Thursday and they have zero food available to sell. Two women behind the counter, one sitting and reading a paper advertisement while the other rang out customers and one guy out front cleaning and stocking. I asked for an order of empanadas and I was told that they couldn't sell any food tonight because no one there was currently / had been trained to cook the food? So you need specialized training on how to use a microwave with built in presets based on what you were heating up? Mind you, they were nice enough but seriously what the hell? So i opted for a fountain drink and guess what? Half the drink choices where out or broken. I'm not blaming the workers but who runs this place? What are the managers doing staffing a place with zero folks to handle things like this, especially at night? You guys have zero competition outside of McDonalds / Taco Bell and a BK in this area and you are doing horribly. Ownership, seriously your place looks run down, dirty and obviously understaffed? You should lose your franchise but, if your privately own your brand name should be forfeited. For the record, this isn't a one time thing with this particular-location. Your either out of food, gas, certain products or staff to handle morning or afternoon crowds. One star for your friendly but under trained workers.

Cumberland Farms Promotes Identity Theft!!!!! They used to have mail in application for their Smart pay!! But now they only do "on line" and they illegally ask for your Social Security Number which they DO NOT NEED!! Only to have our Identity Stolen Again and Again!!!! They should just have it so we swipe our Cumberland card and pay with our Debit card to get the 10cents off per gallon and stop Discriminating Against us Older people that don't use those "DUMB-PHONES" and don't want one!!! And can't afford to have our Identity stolen again!! I guess Age Discriminating is legal now??? Someone should Sue the crap out of them!!! And fix it so NO FUEL COMPANY CAN ASK FOR OUR SS-NUMBER!! OR MAKE ANYONE GO "ON-LINE" EVER AGAIN!! NO ONE BUT OUR EMPLOYERS AND BANKS (IF YOU HAVE AN INTEREST BARING ACCOUNT) AND THE SOCIAL SECURITY OFFICE NEEDS TO KNOW OUR SS-NUMBER!! NO ONE ELSE!!! PERIOD!!! They also have rude Customer Service lady when you call their Corp-office!!!

A star for the great hot coffee, easy on and off location, happy friendly staff, and variety of items offered. Total of four stars would’ve been a five had their bathroom been clean.

We just go here all the time!Rewards for buying gas here are great: free coffee or pastries, etc. with you Cumbys card, all via your smart phone, which is a lot smarter than I am. Ha, ha.
