The owner was not able to repair our Class A motorhome at his shop after Good Sam had us towed there arriving after the shop closed on Fri afternoon. However, the owner was so helpful spending time with us and making phone calls on our behalf to locate a larger shop nearby that could help us. Thank you so much for helping us!!

DON'T GO THERE. Seriously, just don't. I've reported them to the NH Attorney General per NH law. I know places are short staffed and waits at more reputable places can be long but it's worth it. I ended up having to go elsewhere anyway. And there IS a reason they always have availability, because the people who know better don't go there. They WILL try and screw you over, the only difference is whether you realize it or not. I purchased an older motorhome that needed some work I was planning to do and I wanted a state inspection to see if it had any additional issues I didn't already know about. They DID NOT receive my authorization to perform work they discovered on my motorhome resulting from that inspection, which is against NH state law. They handed me an exorbitant bill and when I objected Clyde (the owner) pulled out a pity card and said "oh I still need to pay my mechanic (Rob, who is equally bad, he just hides it under a guise of friendly "hey brothers") so what am I supposed to do?". Being a reasonable human (which they were counting on) I was willing to pay something if they really did fix some things...Well he put it like this "I'll lower it to this, it's not going any lower or maybe I'll just impound your vehicle and force you out of my shop. How about that?" Well it gets worse, not only did they charge me for work I didn't approve...they didn't do the work. And I have proof. I've reported them to the State, NH Attorney General and DOJ. They are blatantly breaking the law. My only fault being I trust people to be honest.

We should’ve followed the advice of the other reviews that said this place was not good. Not only did they order the wrong part twice and take three days more time then they said it would take, But the owner is indeed a rude nasty person.we were taken advantage of and overcharged and to top off the miserable experience, we were told at 3:00 in the afternoon that he doesn’t except credit cards or checks because we were from out of town. He would only take cash. So after spending three extra nights in that miserable place we were lucky enough to find a bank still open so we could get cash and pay way more than the job was really worth. Skip this place.

If "0 Stars" were a possible rating, that is what I would give. Horribly unprofessional services. The "owner" (AKA Clyde) was downright aggressive with my partner and I, falsely accusing us of going on his property after hours when we never did. He even got in my partner's face, physically pushing against my partner with his own body in an attempt to intimidate him into "admitting" we were on his property. He then checked his cameras (after a good half hour of literally arguing with the man, insisting we never went on his property after hours) and saw that it wasn't us, then used the excuse of his personal life problems to account for his aggressive behavior. Second trip to make a payment I called ahead and he threated to keep my RV from me, then refused to answer the phone for the rest of the day. I bought the RV from a person in Massachusettes, where it had been sitting for about a year. It needed quite a bit of work to be road-ready and I had no issues paying whatever cost they quoted to me. Finally paid off the invoice (a total of $1585), went to pick up the RV and they claimed it was having issues starting because it was so old (1986 Chevy Shasta). I took their word for it and drove it off the lot. It broke down 3 different times on the highway that same day (within a half hour of leaving his business), and overheated to the point the engine wouldnt even shut down after I turned the ignition off. The dang thing could have blown up with me inside of it! It was smoking horribly... Come to find out, they didn't put a single fluid in it that it needed, other than gasoline, and that includes the coolant. The water pump busted and there was damage to the engine because of their lack of attention to what my vehicle needed. Yet, they slapped an inspection sticker on it anyway. The parts and labor I paid for are warrantied for 90 days per the invoice I got from him, but I no longer trust his business enough to take it back there to have them fix the damage their lack of proper servicing caused. I have asked a few friends about the place, and now know of many others that he has bamboozled with this business of his. I hate having to say this because I am usually a HUGE supporter of local businesses, but: DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH UNPROFESSIONAL, PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIORS, UNREASONABLE PRICING, AND IRREPUTABLE SERVICES!
