I cannot say enough good things about Broadview. We have a very anxious dog who does not like going to the vet usually and Broadview Fear Free Pre Visit Questionnaire was so helpful. We were able to select the things that stressed our dog out and the Broadview staff accommodated her so well and made her first visit with them a positive one. Thank you so much Becky, Alexis and Dr. Johnson for making Cissy’s first experience with you such a good one.

Its not the the first time Broadview was there for me when I really needed them. After a wonderful relationship with my prior vet over 25 years (retired) I never thought I could find and equally valuable partnership a second time ! All of the doctors, techs and clinic help are just wonderful people. With the "easy money" out there its something to be very proud of that you (all) haven't lost what this is all about. You always seem to find a way to help on those occasions when its really needed.

I've been bringing my pets to Broadview for many years and have always had positive experiences. I really appreciated that the veterinarian could give Lizzy all of her tests and vaccines in this one appointment, and we don't need to come back in January.

The Broadview staff are always wonderful, friendly and caring. We have really grown to trust Dr McDearmid with some complicated situations that have come up. He always validates our concerns and offers no nonsense solutions/explanations. Broadview truly care about our pup and we know they will always do everything they can to keep our boy happy and healthy.

The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by such a warm and friendly woman at the front desk. I was very worried about my cat's health, and this was my first time at Broadview. I immediately relaxed a little. I was made to feel comfortable right away. The entire experience was top notch. . Dr. Chirgwin and her assistant were wonderful. Sadly, Dr.Chirgwin had to tell us that our cat had a malignant tumor, devastating news to us, I commend the doctor for her compassion, kindness and professionalism.

I had to bring my 17 year old cat (Nugget) in for a humane euthanasia yesterday and the entire staff at the Rochester location was so kind and respectful. It would have been a devastating experience no matter what, but without their empathy and gentle demeanor, it could have been a whole lot harder. I'm so grateful that they were able to help my sweet girl leave this earth with dignity. Their actions proved without a doubt that they really care about their patients. I highly recommend this location to anyone in the area. These people went above and beyond for me and my girl and I'll never forget that.

Love Dr.Gerrol. She is so sweet and personable. I appreciate how she doesn't push all kinds of lab work and tests. She is genuine. I trust her. She's honest. I don't feel like I'm leaving paying for unnecessary testing. I go home feeling there's a solution to make our elderly dog comfortable
