*****5 STARS***** I have only brought my vehicles to the BP in Amesbury because they were the only people I thought I could trust. I moved to Rochester for a job opportunity, and figured why not try the BP here. My BMW was making a grinding noise when using the breaks and my Mercury had no a/c. The owner was extremely friendly and even opened his shop for me at 9:30P.M when I went to drop my car off, so I wouldn't have to leave my car unlocked! The very next day the A/C in the Mercury was fixed and here's the most impressive experience I have ever had- I received a call that morning from the mechanic letting me know that I didn't need new brakes, in fact, they are in great condition. He let me know it's because I don't drive the BMW enough so the pads start to get a little rusty. I took the car on an hour drive and low and behold the brakes were just fine! I'm extremely impressed with their honesty, and they had the best price around to fix my other cars A/C. I'm so happy to have found an honest mechanic right up the road! He could have slapped new brakes on it and I would have never known costing me over 1K. Thank you BP Rochester!!!! ***** 5 STARS *****
