My experience was A++!I walked in with an idea & budget in mind, & let me tell you Lori & Sherri NAILED IT!Not only did I receive spectacular customer service, they really took care of “my vision” creating a very special piece of jewelry. I was so over the moon, I returned about a week later to buy two more timeless creations.To say thank you to Lori & Sherri simply isn’t enough! However, THANK YOU‼️I would like to add, I have purchased several pieces of jewelry at Bea’s, beginning in the 90’s before Google reviews existed, & each of them have been gorgeous & worth every single penny.Thank you again Lori & Sherri ?

I needed a new chain for my necklace. They were pretty busy being Valentine's weekend. The lady who helped me was so nice. She took the time to find the right one for me and what I wanted. She also cleaned off my pendant and even cleaned my ring for me while I paid. She was so sweet She said anytime I am in shopping she'd be happy to clean my ring for me! Definitely will be back!

Man’s Wedding Ring fell apart just before the warranty expired. They wouldn’t believe me! I was over by a few weeks. But As a rewards customer, I was going to buy my daughter a Christmas present there. Not anymore. Great Actors, Can sell you anything, worst customer service ever!!!! Bought both my wife’s engagement ring, wedding ring and of course my ring there. Never again will I be a customer at this establishment!!! They sell junk. I used epoxy from my metal shop to put it back together. Customer Service is not a real thing anymore. Thanks for nothing ladies, but I’ll still pray for you.UPDATE: a little easy metal work and it’s stronger than new! Final cost. .03 cents. This place is a joke!

I am one of them people that try to support all local business but when you pay for a service you should always get what you pay for and in this case we paid for a service to have a ring that had a crack in in it fixed and received the ring back it was cleaned but still cracked I would NEVER deal with them again

Went into get my ring replaced that my Finance had gotten me as it contained copper and I was allergic to the copper. Bea was very nice and professional. She let us return the ring and we chose another which she gave to us at a 20% discount. I was impressed with the great customer service and the time Bea took with me. :) -Amy-
