Had two bad experiences in a row here this week. Went to buy some simple supplies to repair my exhaust hanger, and an employee at first offered to help, then claimed he knew nothing about the issue, and that I was "beyond help" when I went to the cash register. He made no effort to find another employee who might know something. That's fine, I fixed the problem myself (it was simple, even for me!) and had to go back to the store to return the unnecessary items I bought.
When I returned, no employees could be found in the store despite wandering around for several minutes, and I had to yell for someone in the back. The man who came out had an awful attitude and took all of my personal information, claiming it was part of the return process (phone number and full name). I didn't provide any info when buying the products, so it seems like this is just designed to make returns difficult. He claimed that my credit card info was on my receipt, which is untrue (credit card info is censored on receipts).
Both interactions were very strange. I got the sense I was ruining their day by being inside the store. Maybe it's just because I don't know much about cars. I won't be back.

Trying to avoid auto parts for these reasons. Called and paid for a part l, said it would be in as early as noon, no later than 4, and I'd get a call. Called at 4 and said I'm looking for the part I ordered, the employee said "I don't know who you are, you have to tell me who you are to find the part". Would have been easier to just say "name please". Got to store, not all parts were ready. Cores were on desk then after all transactions were done and about to leave, I get asked if I'd like to do a core exchange. Painful experience, could be much smoother.

ordered and paid for a fuel tank for our work truck friday morning , told it would be in friday afternoon , nope.told it would be in saturday, nope. here it is sunday morning not there. all done

People not correctly trained in the store. Returned wipers a week ago and still no funds. I call and cannot even get a manager, and when I do they say call corporate? I will never return to another store.

Been my favorite AZ store. Highly recommend. Workers stay busy but are always helpful. Best warranties, especially for tools. Loaner program is very helpful as well. Wish someone would fix the hole in the entrance that has been there for years. Hope this helps and Thank you for reading.

Kevin K., the manager was super helpful, patient and went the extra mile to correct a mistake a different AutoZone made a while back. He was friendly, polite and left me feeling like he genuinely very much cared about problem I was trying to solve.

It takes longer to ask for help to find what you need then to just look it up and find it yourself. (unless it's behind the counter obviously) but the people are super nice and friendly so if you have time for a nice chat then go ahead and ask for help.

Has parts and functioning humans to retrieve them. Not a lot of knowledge of actual motors but not really expected. They usually get the right part once in a while they'll get the wrong one but they usually take right care of it when you bring it back.
