Me and my husband went into the AT&T store at the ridge today to look into the option for first net for our phone plans, and the gentlemen Nate that works there was so helpful, patient and answered all our questions we had. Even with people coming in he helped them as well and made sure to make us all feel important.

MADDY at this store helped me (a limited skill Senior) quickly and successfully a few weeks ago with my ATT account cell phone. Now NO ONE has answered the phone recently! What happened? Will go tomorrow (Saturday) with new email issue. hopefully, Gail Yvon
