.Not a fan of glass top stoves . They can't be cleaned, ever. You would have to buy a new top. So I got a element stove. Self cleaning and dishwasher. Very happy with dishwasher.Yet, I didn't realize that the new element stoves have a shut off switch on the burner. Won't boil water. When I called to ask about this. They said it would be expensive and I'd have to change the elements. They would call back. Yet, they never did. I called GE and they told me Home depot had elements for this stove. 60.00, all 4.. I bought them and now I can boil water. No matter if the sales person tells you the glass tops can be cleaned, they can't. There is no product you can buy. That will clean up around the burner. You'd have to buy a top. Very expensive. I won't buy anything again from Monadnock Appliances. Should have called me back. Bad service follow through..

We received some phenomenal service on our washer from Monadnock Appliance. The appointment process was fast and easy, they were able to schedule me right away. They fixed it quickly at a fair price, and it's running better than it has in years. Thanks so much to the staff at Monadnock Appliance!

I recently purchased a couple large appliances and required separate delivery dates. Appliances were delivered and installed as agreed. We went to Monadnock Appliance, instead of the big box stores, because Monadnock Appliance is local. Both the showroom staff and delivery crew were great. We’ll be back.

I would’ve gave him zero stars if I could’ve. all I have to say is stay far away from these people they sell seconds.(Junk) and for customer service they have zero. just noticed your response lying will get you nowhere and yes it has been three years and your customer service still sucks. when I bought The stove I called the next day I had problems with it and Dan the owner of the company did not respond for days I had to drive there and he told me to call Frigidaire to get a repair order number before he could do anything. Stove was a day old at that time and I don’t have time to go on about this just do not buy from these people.

Refrigerator stopped working. Called for service. Having bought a washing machine, we thought that might matter/help. No call back. Stopped by and left a detailed letter explaining the issue (in case the call was missed). Week later, nothing. Kind of hard to live without a fridge in the summer. Even a callback explaining they were busy would have sufficed. Nothing. Finally contacted Jaffrey Appliance Repair. Fixed the very next day.

I am incredibly happy with the service department. My washing machine stopped letting me select different presets a few weeks ago and I’d been limping along. I called when I finally had enough and a technician was here within the week, diagnosed to issue in under 30 minutes, and was back within two days with parts to fix it. Pricing was much better than I had expected as well.

The people at monadnock appliance were tremendous. They measured a fridge before I got there so I knew they had what I wanted. They delivered and set up my new fridge same day which saved my medicine which needs to be kept refrigerated. From start to finish They were outstanding. I will be a customer of theirs whenever I need an appliance. Thank you to the wonderful crew there. I HIGHLY recommend them. Oh, and they were cheaper than the box stores too.

Bought all new appliances from Monadnock Appl. New 4K stove, Oven worked one time. Tried to use last night for 2nd time, nope.Called this morning at 920 AM. Can't even get a return call from the office lackeys. Drove there at 230 pm, met Dan there, can't come till next Monday at 11-1130. Dan is the only person there that knows Customer Service. The office staff could take a lesson. Thank You Dan

Their Moto should be "when you shop here, it is all about the sale!" You can forget customer support after the installation. They did come out once for a replacement part on one of the appliances they sold us, the same part broke again and we were told they were busy but we are on their list, we could contact the manufacturer if we wanted faster service. We contacted them several times over about a 6-8 week period and finally got a call to say we were too far out (14 miles/a little over 20 minutes!) and would not come out for the replacement part! The representative also had the audacity to suggest we must be abusing the appliance!!! Buyer beware, that is if they even post this review. Reviewing here and any other review service I can find and also an email isgoing to the manufacturer of the appliances! Usually we try to promote local businesses, this company failed the first time!

I recently had a great experience with Monadnock Appliance. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is shopping for appliances.My wife and I made the mistake of buying a Bosch washing machine from Home Depot instead of a real appliance dealer.We made this purchase on 7/5/2020. The first, damaged, washing machine was delivered, by a third-party delivery service, on 7/10/2020. The damage was subtle was concealed by the packaging; but it was bad enough that every load was imbalanced. Home Depot just said that they could not help us. They directed us to contact Bosch.Over the next 18 months we continued to receive damaged washing machines. About 12 months into this Dan at Monadnock Appliance got involved. Despite the original sale having been made elsewhere.An undamaged, functional washing machine was finally delivered in December 2021 (by Monadnock Appliance employees in a Monadnock Appliance truck). Without Dan’s help I do not think we would have our appliance.We will not make this mistake again. Our future appliance purchases will be from Monadnock Appliance.Thank you again Dan and everyone at Monadnock Appliance.

Friendly and comforting customer service and great prices! My husband and I bought a new refrigerator after ours had suddenly broke. There was a great selection of in stock fridges and were SO thankful for that!!
