I went back into the store after a very unpleasant trip with my last phone a few years back,which I was told the store is under new ownership. I have to say Steve b was phenomenal. So easy to talk to and helped me fully understand my bills and also what they will be. Got a free phone and also a tablet, and gave me a crash course on both. Thanks a bunch”

“Sal at Rindge Verizon was very helpful and even offered to help me again tomorrow if I had any issues. It was very busy and she was alone, but she remained pleasant and was able to multitask so as to help all who arrived without making anyone feel unattended.”
